PS Elements licence: Windows to Mac OS

can I install PS Elements on a Windows laptop first, then move my licence to Mac OS when I get my new iMac?

Is it also possible with a activation code for photoshop elements 2020 for mac ? I don't have yet my serial number. But I woud install on a PC wondows.

You would need the boxed version which has installation discs for both Windows and Mac.
