PSE 15 Editor fails to work after dropping CC subscription

I ended my subscription to the main CC but had bought PSE 15 some years ago. Now it won't work and, of course, no one is home at Adobe on a Sunday night. God damn it.

Did you uninstall all Adobe apps from your system with the Adobe Cleaner tool and restart computer?
