Please advise regarding how to resolve this.
It does NOT crash if one does not clock the "browse" button on the right side pane of the Photo Downloader dialog. But with this problem, it's not possible to change download locations.

Hi,
I have a different problem with the same error code for dll version 6.1.7601.23543 My problem is any time I try to open a folder in PSE 15 the program shuts down. I just ran a scan for corrupted files and it fixed some files, but the problem is still there. Could you share with me a solution. I posted this problem under PSE 15 and am still searching for answers while waiting on responses to that post. Thanks

Just a quick follow up. My problems with Photoshop Elements have all been fixed. I mentioned in an earlier e-mail that there were several corrupt files in my windows operating system. After going back to factory settings on the computer, restoring the operating system and reloading PSE 15, everything works fine now. So the problem was with my OS.

Hi SurendraPal,
Looks like you were hlping some folks with PSE15 crashing on file browse back in lat 2016. Are you still on the forum? In those messages you seemed to send the solution in private mail so I can't see what was suggested.
