Does anyone know how to speed up the spinning ball when editing jpegs?

I'm on macOS Mojave and have no problem with raw, but jpegs are now too slow to use.

Sorry that I am not very good at technical terms but I have used photoshop for many years and never had this before. It's so frustrating I'm considering deleting it.

There are no updates available.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated,

so thank you in advance.

Hi there,

It seems you are facing issue with spinning wheel in Adobe Photoshop Elements after upgrading Mac OS.

Could you please try the following steps and let us know if it helps?

• Click Apple icon >> System Preferences

Security and privacy >> Click on the lock to unlock it then enter the administrator password >> Enable (check the radio button) the Photoshop Elements 2019 editor and Elements Organizer 2019 that appear in the list.

• Click on the lock again to lock it.

• Restart Mac

Regards,

Sahil
