PSE 15 upgrade to Mac Catalina???

I have PSE 15 and recently upgraded my computer, and now have Catalina. Can I upgrade the PSE so I can use it? If so, how?

Photoshop Elements 2020 is the only version that Catalina will play nice with.  You can buy it as an upgrade for $79.99 but the full installer is on sale right now for $69.99.  Sale ends March 15.
