The Date displayed in the Information Panel is off by 6 or 7 hours for all of my media. When I look at the date by listing the files in explorer, the time is correct, but when I look at the same file in PSE Organizer, the time is 6 hours earlier. Is there a setting to adjust the time displayed based on the time zone where you are located. I am in the Mountain Standard Time zone which is UTC - 7 hours. If I look at a picture taken when daylight savings is on, the time is out by 6 hours, where as a picture taken on a date when daylight savings would have been off, the time is out by 7 hours. I initially thought it might be a setting on my camera, but it is affecting all pictures even those I scanned manually. Is there a registry setting that PSE uses to adjust the date? I can not find any settings in Preferences.

The Country/Region in preferences is set to Canada. Not very accurate given the number of time zones in Canada. I am aware that I can adjust the time by shifting it by a specific number of hours; however, I do not want to do that since the actual time in the metadata is correct. Several other applications as well as Explorer display the correct time. Unless PSE Organizer is using a difference date and time than Explorer.
