PSE 2019 printing error

I receive the following error when attempting to print a .jpg file.  Note I've used "file name" for the actual file name.  Could not print "filename.jpg" because there is not enough memory on the external memory boards.  What external memory boards?  Using a fairly new Lenovo laptop.  Any help is much appreciated!  FYI - there are no issues with the printer, just Elements.
