PSE 2019 with Luminar

I installed PSE 2019 onto my MacBook Pro that runs Mojave operating system.

I removed PSE 14 that I was using before.

Currently I encounter two problems.

1) I can't go to Luminar from within the app.  With PSE 14 I would look under Filter/Digimarc and it would list Luminar and I could use it on whatever layer was showing on top.  Now I don't see Luminar.  I tried just moving the plug-in into my PSE 2019 folder within my finder but it still doesn't show up.

2) Sometimes the PSE 2019 just freezes up, or goes into a non-stop grind with the color-wheel continuously spinning.  I sometimes can force quit the app and sometimes  I must force quit my computer and startup again.  Neither force quit is desirable.  What's the problem?

Thanks for any guidance.
