PSE 2020 editor will not open

PSE editor 2020 will not open.  It was working yesterday and now it's not opening.  I paid for upgrade. It is not trial period. Your help is appreciated.

Try updating or rolling back your graphics driver directly from the video card manufacturer’s site.

A Windows update may have done something.

Hi. I updated graphics driver but it didn't help. I went to "windows program compatibility troubleshooter" in control panel. I ran troubleshooter and selected "Adobe elements 2020" under affected programs. It resolved my program. I can use the editor now.
