PSE Elements 2020 Organizer disappearing Photos

When I scroll down to older photos in ‘All Media’ they are visible until I take my finger off the mouse and then they are replaced by a gray box with a what looks like a paper with the corner folded over and a tear or crack through it. If I select one of these photos and open it in Editor it is there in full resolution.  I am using Mac OS 10.15.1.  Any ideas how to view my photos?

Sorry to hear that. Are you facing this issue after installing Photoshop Elements 2020? You may try an repair a catalog or reconnect missing files in a catalog and check if that helps to resolve the problem for you.
