PSE15 Crash on File Browse Windows

PSE15 crashes when attempting to to a file browse on Windows.  For example in File->Get Folders and Videos->From Files and Folders... or when attempting to select a new mp3 file for a slide show.  Basically anytime it attempts to use the file picker.

Does it crash when using both the Organizer and Premiere/Photoshop Elements Editors?

Thanks for getting back.  Looks like its just the Organizer.  The file pickers for Premiere/Photoshop Editors look somewhat different from those in the Organizer.

Try resetting the preferences file. Immediately after launching the Organizer, press Alt+Shift+Ctrl. A message should pop up asking if you want to delete the Settings file. Answer OK.

No joy there.  Looks like this is just available in the Elements Editor.  I did this there and still had the problem.  I've also uninstalled and re-installed.  No change.
