Hi - Is there "Brush Flow" in Photoshop Elements 19, similar to what is available in Photoshop? I am attempting to re-create a procedure I saw using Photoshop, but it will not work without brush flow.

Yes the same keyboard shortcuts as in photoshop for Brush Flow work in photoshop elements.

Photoshop elements just doesn't a Flow slider in the brush options.

Any painting or editing tool + Shift + number keys

(e.g., 0 = 100%, 1 = 10%, 4 then 5 in quick succession = 45%)

(when airbrush option is enabled, omit Shift)

Thank you Jeff. So just enable the brush and the size, and then "shift +2" (for example 20% flow)?
