"not enough memory" error when opening Elements 13

I have always been able to open Elements 13 on my imac.  Recently tried opening and I get "not enough memory" error?  I have cleared out memory, etc. still getting error.

How much RAM do you have and how full is your hard drive?

Not sure how to find RAM and how much is used?

I went and deleted a bunch from my hard drive though.
