how can i convert a raw image to a jpeg image to put on Facebook

Can you open the image from the Editor?

File >> Open

It should appear in the camera raw dialog. You can use any of the sliders e.g. highlight, shadows, vibrance, saturation etc.

Then set the bit depth (at the bottom of the dialog) to 8 bits/channel and click the “Open Image” button to send the photo into the regular editor workspace.

From there use:

File >> Save for Web

Choose jpeg and set your quality and size as required.
