RE-Install PS elements & Premiere 14

I had 14 Elements & Premiere installed.  My C Drive Died so I had to start all over.  I have not done anything yet.  Will I be able to re-install either 14 or newest version

What operating system?

Do you have your serial number? (Don't post it here on this public forum.)

Do you have the install disc or file? If not, did you register it with Adobe?

Do you mean a new hard drive on the same computer or a new computer?
