i downloaded photoshop elements 2020 from a box that i bought and i cant go to edit a photo cause it tells me i need to buy it so i use my buy code and it says invalid and i dont know what to do but i can only access organisator and not edit photo

Serial numbers start 1057 (24 digits, all numbers, no letters) and are usually found on the disk wrapper inside the box.
