redemption code

I am trying to install a prepaid elements onto another pc after 1st pc broke down(it was redeemed onto this pc) and i have lost the redemption code.

Is there any way i can bypass this step to install as i have the serial number, if not how can i get a copy of the redemption code so i can install it. 

it is showing in my account history that it has been install previously

You have what you need,  because the redemption code can be used only once anyway. Use the same serial number and use the installer you downloaded before.

Are you using Photoshop Elements? If so, it doesn't use a redemption code. That is for regular Photoshop. Elements using an activation code, and if you don't deactive it, such as the case where your computer broke, you need to call Adobe's help to have them reset your license.

If you have the serial number (commencing 1057) simply sign-in and click activate/lisence this software.

Then enter your serial number.

Go to Adobe Customer Service and only ask to have your activations reset:
