I receantly got a new hardrive for my computer to store my non-OS apps, video games etc. I stored Adobe Elements on the hardrive and then i couldn't launch it. It also did not appear when i searched for it on my computer. So i tried to reinstall it but when i logged in it did not give me the option to install it, help.
