Removing photos from an Event in Elements Organizer

I have some photos that accidently got into the wrong Event in Elements Organizer 2020 Version 18.0 on Windows 10.

How do I remove them from the Event?   The documentation only talks about getting them into the Event and then viewing them. Nothing on removing them from an event.  I have added them to a new Event, but they still remain in the wrong Event as well.

Thanks in advance for any insight on this.

I'm not a big buff of Organizer but believe you might find an answer to your question here in the User Guide.

  • Make sure you are in the details view of the grid.
  • Select the erroneously tagged images.
  • Right-click on the Event tag that appears in the lower right of one of the images and click on the pop-up to Remove from "x" event.

You can do this either in the main grid or in the Named Events grid.
