Hello,

In Photoshop CS5 there was a tool that looked like a ruler. If I used that tool to measure an angle, and then clicked "Rotate," it would automatixally determine the angle. I can't find that tool in Photoshop Elements. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Photoshop Elements does not have the Ruler tool found in Photoshop.

However you can get similar functionality with the paid Elements+ add-on for Photoshop Elements.

You can also use the Straighten Tool if your intention is to straighten crooked images.
