View covers entire screen plus part of the second monitor. Can't access the button to reduce size as it is out of sight. Tried rebooting but to no avail. Although I have PSE 15 I also have PSE 6 which is what I am using at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.
Can you minimize the window? Then try hovering with your cursor near bottom right corner until you see the cursor change to double headed arrows. It should be possible to drag up and then re-size to fit your monitor.
