Select and Mask 2020

I'm using PSE 2020 V:18 but can not see "Select and Mask" under Select menu. It still has "Refine Edge." Trying the Ctrl + Alt + R does not work.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is? I'm using: Adobe Photoshop Elements Version: 18.0 (20200120.m.139570) x64

Select and Mask is a command that is only available in Photoshop CC.  I don't recall ever seeing it in any prior version of Elements.

Try from the menu in the Expert workspace:

Select >> Subject

Modify the selection if not perfect and press Ctrl+J to create a new layer

Then add a layer mask
