I am so frustrated with Adobe right now! I have just been on a chat for a hour with Nandini. My PS Elements would not open today and said my serial number is invalid. I have been using this app since I purchased it from ADOBE in April 2020. Why would my serial number be invalid?! She confirmed I did have a valid copy of the app as I had purchased it thought the Adobe site in April. Then she tried to help me. But when her solutions did not work. She ended the chat without telling me and said Adobe would contact me by email. WHAT KIND OF SERVICE IS THAT?!!!!!
Log-in to your Adobe account to check plans and products. You should also be able to check your serial number. Try copying it (Ctrl+C) and to activate PSE click into the first serial number box and press Ctrl+V
