shortcut for inserting images

is there any possibility to insert images using a shortcut?

I don't understand. Insert images where? What specifically are you trying to to?

Have a look at File>Place.

I ment exactly this function. I just would like to use a shortcut instead of using my mouse.

I am unaware of a shortcut specifically for this purpose.
