In PSE 5 i have to have an arrangement of blocks.
made with the select tool set to size.
is there a way i can select the block and see the size? other than dragging it to the ruller?

1. Open the info palette (Window menu>info)
2. Left click and drag an outline around the block to track the coordinates
3. Read the w&h of the block. Note: the scale (e.g. inches, centimeters, points, etc.) can be set by clicking on the + sign.

Wish there was a way to edit my post! (ruler)
anyway i might have tweaked some so that is why i need to know their current size.

Thanks - I have put the sizes in the blocks so i know what they are supposed to be!
the info numbers - are they in inches?

In the lower left of the info palette, there is a plus . Click on this to assign the scale.

If your blocks are on separate layers, you can just Ctrl click on the particular layer thumbnail in the layers panel to load a selection of said block and read the size from the Info palette.

somebody here has a superdooper machine that cuts the holes into matte. then i put my images behind them in a picture frame.
this one is 16x20 inches
