Slide Duration on Elements 2019

For some reason I just can not find how to set the slide duration on a slideshop in Photoshop Elements 2019.

How do I adjust Slide duration?

Unfortunately, there is no way to set an individual slide duration when using the Organizer's slideshow feature.  Each template theme has different durations.  In order to have more control over your slideshow, you would have to use Premiere Elements and create a full video slideshow.
