Switching Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements to another computer

Hi,

 

Can someone tell me if I can have Adobe Photoshop Elements and Premier Elements on two different machines?

 

Can someone advise me on how I can switch Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Elements to another computer?

 

I have downloaded it to my new computer but it won't accept the activation code that I originally got with the product (which I used to install it on my old computer).
