You are not limited to the default pt sizes in the drop-down. Highlight the value that is on display, and type in a lager size - try 110 or 140.

Thank you , I know that I can increase the Font size, but no matter what font size I choose, it is much smaller than it should be.
The Yes/No is the Green check mark and the red circle with line through it.

The font size that you visualize is related to the resolution of the underlying picture file. It is for this reason that it may seem smaller to you.

If you mean that the yes/no checkbox hides the bottom of your text box, it can't be moved elsewhere. So you simply create your text box elsewhere (higher in the image) and move it back to its definitive location after checking yes.
