Some have suggested using Topaz DeNoise AI and I am wondering if this would work with Elements 2018 and if so, how do you load it into the 2018 program? Also wondering about Topaz Sharpening AI ?? Thanks for any help. I have Win. 10/

Yes, the latest Topaz plug-ins will work with Elements 2018.  All you need to do is run an installer program that is provided by Topaz.  I should warn you that some users have problems with the installer and, as far as I am concerned the problem belongs to Topaz.  However, it is relatively easy to install the plug-ins manually.  So, come back if you have any problems with your setup.  Once installed, the plug-ins are available from the Filter menu and are fairly intuitive to use.

I do have Topaz Sharpening AI.  Many users say the same thing,  When it works, it is great.  But it doesn't always provide a noticeable better result.
