Topaz DeNoise plugin stopped working in PSE2021

Hi all.

I was using Denoise as a plug-in for months with no problems until 2 days ago when my surface book 2 shut down in the middle of processing due to zero battery. When I restarted the computer, PSE was no longer able to load DeNoise.

I have tried uninstalling and resinstalling both DeNoise and PSE to no avail.

Sharpen AI works but that is a trial which is due to expire.

I figured out the plug-ins that failed to load error was in reference to the 32bit versions and unrelated

Deleted the 32bit plugins.

PSE still does not see the denoise plugin

For some reason, the Topaz installer tries to install the 32 bit version. Take a look at my post here and see if you can find the 64 bit Denoise file and copy it to the suggested folder.

Added: For Elements 2021, the path should be C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2021\Required\Plug-Ins\

Thanks for your response.

I pointed the additional plugin folder to Topaz Labs folder which was why it was trying to load both the 64bit and 32 bit plugins. I disabled the 32bit plugins by renaming them, which didn't help. Previously I had copied the 64bit plugin to the editor's plugin folder.

Anyway I fixed the problem by uninstalling DeNoise again, then going through the registry and deleting all references to it before reinstalling.
