And while I was testing Gigapixel as a stand alone in case I didn't like it, Topaz linked itself to Lightroom and I assume Photoshop but now no Topaz plug-ins show (greyed out) in the PSE filter section.  How do I get it to show again?  I tried the Edit > preferences > plug-ins > additional plug-ins folder > etc. and restarted several times but no luck.   This is a pain....

Copy the Denoise 64-bit plug-in file to C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop Elements 2020\Plug-Ins.  I believe that the plug-in file is named:  tltopazdenoiseaips_x64.8bf.

Darn thing started to work properly on it's own after turning off the computer and trying again next day.  Topaz programs have done that to me before.
