Transfer Adobe Photoshop Elements to a new computer

Hey, I was wondering if there was any way I could get my serial number if I lost the box that I got it from and it wasnt registered with an account. I have adobe photoshop elements and I was looking to transfer it to a new computer and I do not know how I would be able to
