Trying to create contact sheet for a picture mosaic

I am trying to create a contact sheet as seen in this youtube tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Iyh3OVZ560A . I know that is normal Adobe Photoshop but how do I get to this tool "Contact Sheet II" in Photoshop Elements? In the video, they went to File>Automate>Contact Sheet II, however, this is not an option in Photoshop Elements.

That option is not available in Elements.

In PSE there is only rudimentary functionality for this.

Go to Filter>Pixellate>Mosaic
