Unable to download Elements 14 to new laptop

I understand that I can add Elements 14 to two devices. I have successfully entered the redemption code but when I click the download button, nothing happens. I have signed out of the programme on my old device.
Any help will be appreciated.

Hi John - whilst I'm not a technophobe, I'm not sure how to get the info you mention. It's operating on Windows 10.

To give technical info, you might use the menu Help >> System Info of the editor and copy and paste the first 20 lines or so of the dialog you get.

After several exchanges, I was invited to purchase PSE2021 at a discount - I was about to go ahead when I suddenly thought; why would Adobe use an Outlook email address and when I looked at the email address more closely, it's 'Adob' not Adobe.
