I have installed my upgrade from Elements 2019 to Elements 2020. Can I delete the 2019 installations w/o impacting the functionality of 2020 installation?

Yes you can safely uninstall PSE2019. They are both stand alone applications.

I just upgraded from 2018- 2020 elements on windows 10 and now I have two catalogs of the same pictures. Since the upgrade I have been experiencing problems. Occasional crashes during editing, editing in the new catalog 2 version set but the pictures save to catalog 1 version set that didn't even have these pictureis in it to begin with. Sometimes undo button doesn't work when editing.... I am seriously frustrated after dealing with one issue after another. I have to restart often to fix a freeze, or get it to load the catalog 2 as they have new files that have been installed since the upgrade. I'm not very computer savvy. Could it be windows? As recently a new auto upgrade caused my printer not to work, and i had to uninstall upgrade to get working again (I got lucky figuring that out after 3 days of research). Should I uninstall 2018 and its catalog so it doesn't create any more issues? Or should I toss out this new 2020 and my $$ becasuse so far it isn't worth the headaches for the couple of cool new features? I never had a problem with 2018...ever! Recommendations sincerely appreciated. PLEASE HELP!
