Hi - I'm looking at purchasing a brush collection that says it's for Photoshop. Does anyone know if brushes from Photoshop can also be used in Photoshop Elements? I am wondering the same thing about textures. Thanks.

The brushes are ABR files. You should install them in the appropriate directory (?WINDOWS, ?Mac). They should work.
Yesterday I installed a gradient without a problem. I have not had occasion to add textures.

A majority of the brushes will work, however, there are some exceptions, like Brisle Brushes, Tool Preset Brushes, etc.
Can you provide a link to the brushes your interested in?

How To Add Brushes To PHOTOSHOP ELEMENTS
A similar procedure should work for installing textures, but I have not tried it.
