Watermark Brush Doesn't Doesn't Appear as Cursor

I have my watermarked saved and it's been working fine until all of a sudden the cursor is back to being just a plain crosshair cursor instead of my watermark text. How to I change this?

Sorry that your watermark in Photoshop Element is appearing as a crosshair. That should't be happening, let us help make this right. 

Which version of Photoshop Elements are you using and on which operating system?
