Where can I download the PSE 18 install?

It came preloaded on my computer, but I uninstalled it yesterday in a failed troubleshooting attempt. I have the serial number; I just can't find the download file in Adobe's download list. Is there a reliable source for this download?

Do you have a software installation/backup disc or download that came with your computer?  Adobe no longer provides a download link for software older than the current and past version (unless you purchased it direct from Adobe).  I suggest you contact your computer manufacturer.
