where i can buy it in Myanmar.

please let me know!

Adobe has different marketing partners in different regions of the world.  So, I don't have a specific answer to your question.  But you can try going to this Adobe.com link and hopefully you will be redirected to the website for your region.

Adobe also sells Elements through online retailers such as Amazon.com.

Finally, Elements is a standalone program that is not part of the Adobe Creative Cloud subscription service.
