Why is adobe telling me I have no supported products?

I have Photoshop Elements 2019, and my account page shows it as registered, but at the same time Adobe is telling me I cannot get support because I have no supported products registered.

What exactly do you need help with?  I'm moving this from Photoshop to Photoshop Elements where the concerned product experts will see it.

 

Customer Care agents are for billing, account & subscription activation issues.  If you are not currently subscribed to a qualifying Adobe plan (eg. Creative Cloud, Experience Manager, Document Cloud, etc...) customer care agents can't help you.
