Account is showing Not Registered with photoshop Express

hello I've been using adobe cc express for a while, now I suddenly have to log in and the emails I use don't have an account registered and I have lost all my designs that I work with for customers. how do i get this back please help!!

We're sorry to hear about the trouble experienced.

Which version of Photoshop Express are you using? Was it a free trial? Were you not logged in with any e-mail ID, or Don't you have a registered account with us? Do you have a backup copy of the files? 

What do you see now when you open Photoshop Express?
