Can you tell us your OS and which application you are using? I just looked at your image and it looks like it might be a phone.

Yes jane it's the mobile app on android, I have just tried deleting the app on the old phone and this fixed the problem, but deleted all presets/looks so this isn't really an option on the current phone

Apologies for the delayed response, and thank you for being patient.
I spoke to our engineering team and have been advised that the feature to recover presets on a mobile device/ tablet isn't available yet.
