I don't mind tinkering, but a complete overall is a punch in the gut.
I can't tell you how long I used the old version 5-8 years maybe.
I liked it, never had a reason to download or buy another.
I could edit a photo to my liking in under a minute. I could do whole shoots (1000k or more pics in an hour)
This version takes up too much space and my computer is sluggish at best when trying to use it.
After I edit a picture, I have to shut down the application, because it doesn't recognise the image.
So I load a photo, make painful edits that is hard to see on a white screen, save the picture, go back and pull up the next one, get the error, I have to discard multiple times and then shut down AE.
This takes 10 minutes.
Really if I wanted to learn a new app, I would have bought one
Is there anyway of getting last niights version reloaded?
This is unusable.

Hi @RJordan25
I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you're encountering with the new version. Unfortunately, it is not possible to go back to the prior version. I would be happy to work with you to see if we can resolve the issue you're encountering, though. Could you please try the following steps and see if they help?
Please let us know how it goes,
Best,
Dave

Thanks Dave! I do appreciate that, but the biggest headache is when completing 1 photo I have to completely exit out because of the error. After I save a photo, it takes me 3 steps to close the app, because it won't let me load a 2nd picture.
Then I select the next pic and the loading process starts all over again. This process is extremely aggravating.
That's a shame you can't reload the older version, heck I'd even buy it, but my issues go beyond the app. I have worked it, but between app restarts and closing the white back groun(I'm diabetic and the white is too bright) and clunkiness because my system is old and slow. I'll have to look for something like the last version

@RJordan25,
Could you please let us know if this is happening with all photos? Are you using images from the local drive or images from Adobe Stock?
Also, is it possible for you to share the failed project URL with me via private message?

Tarun

I'm using my own pictures from drives.
I open for first time today, opened a pic, did some modifications and saved it. Other than slowness and white back ground it was fine.
I go back and select another pic to open up(which worked fine in the last version I had)
It says discard changes(like the old version, img#1, I click discard so new photo will load)
then it get the following error img#2
I click okay and sends me to the screen in Img#3
I have to shut down the app, re-open the app the whole process takes me just short of 15 minutes to edit 1 picture and try to open another.
The old version 1 min per pic. I could do 1,500 pics in a night's sitting
I'm on night 3 and have only edited 25 photos
All my pics are JPG and I'm using the same camera the last 3 years
Really, Really disapointing, my hobby has come to a halt until I can find another app.
I'm also not sure what you want me to IM you.
The only time I notice the internet is when I bring up the app and sometimes it asks for my google password.
Other than that it feels like it's all done on my pc.

Hi @@RJordan25
I was looking at your screenshots and wondering if you were using Adobe Express or Photoshop Express or both? I assumed this was Adobe Express but looking at some of the screenshots they mentioned Photoshop Express.
Thanks,
Dave
