I cannot find an answer to this. I know I can use the premium features on my iPhone but, I am looking to be able to use them on my laptop. I am using the free version of Photoshop Express now and it does not have certain features that the premium plan has. I want to know if I can access those additional features on my laptop if I pay for the premium plan. I know I can access them on my iPhone but, a lot of my work project pictures are accessible via my laptop and I want to be able to edit them there.
Photoshop desktop is the only available option on a laptop. Mobile versions are not available.

Photoshop Express is a mobile only solution. What features are you looking for in the desktop (full) version of Photoshop?

Photoshop itself is actually a bit more robust than what I think I need. I want to be able to edit pictures for social media posting and website gallery purposes. I get a lot of job site pictures with a ladder or construction cone in them or someone peeking their head around a corner. I want to be able to remove things like that and then also do basic editing like cropping, resizing, sharpening the image, etc.

Hi Nicole, I am having similar issues with PSX; I recently upgraded my phone verion to the paid Premium version, but I cannot get the same version on my laptop ! It seems backwards to only be able to edit RAW files on a mobile device and not where you would logically need it eg laptop. I upload my camera images to my laptop NOT my mobile phone. Feel slightly cheated now ! PLEASE can Adobe come up with a solution. I dont need or want Photoshop, but Photoshop Express is 99% perfect apart from this annoying issue

I absolutely agree with all of that. I ended up getting Photoshop and it is not intuitive and it is way more than I need. Perhaps Adobe purposefully wants to push people into buying Photoshop.
All the best,
