Can't download one pic at a time in Photoshop express (iOS)

I can't download just one picture at a time from my Iphone 11 to my new PSE 2022.When I try, it tries to download ALL my pictures.

How are you trying to download the files? Would you mind sharing the workflow? A short screen recording would work.
