Cannot use dissolve tool

não consigo ter acesso a ferramenta Dissolver, fica dando erro de disco

Which version of Photoshop Express are you using? Are you using it on a mobile device or computer? Since when are you seeing this issue? Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far? Please share a screenshot so we can have an overview of what you are seeing.
