collage

New Here ,

I found the collage feature in Photoshop Express and I am able to use it. Only when I navigate to the Creative Cloud folders which contain my photos that I would like to put in a collage, I do NOT get the collage feature icon as an option in that screen. Does anybody know how I can solve this? Thank you in advance for your kind help!
