Couldn't save my photo to gallery

I'm not sure what when wrong with this app. I just couldn't save my photo. Once I click save to gallery it just load and doesn't save and nothing comes out. I try re-install the apps couple of times, but still same problem.

Sorry to hear about this. Please make sure that you're phone's operating system is up to date. Also, are you saving the file to your phone's internal storage or external storage?

Hi,

My phone's operating system is up to date. I'm saving my file to internal
storage and currently, the status of my storage is still sufficient.

Sometimes I could save to gallery sometimes I can't, it just load once I
click 'save to gallery' and nothing is downloaded or saved.
