Wieso kann ich auf meinem Handy ps Express nicht nutzen, obwohl ich die komplette Creative Cloud abonniert habe?

The Photoshop Express is a mobile app not included in the Creative Cloud subscription. You have to purchase it separately per the device you use (Android or iOS).
