Download my own font on Photoshop Express on iPad pro

I recently purchased a 12.9" iPad pro with the intent of working with my photos. I want to watermark my photos with a font I purchased several years ago. I can do this on my desktop but cannot find anywhere how to do this on Photoshop Express. Apple could not help me with this and I was referred to my third-party developer. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

This is a fundamental question as to whether other fonts can be downloaded to Express. Would appreciate the answer as well.
